Coaches Yearly Registration Payment *

I understand Allstars pays for coach’s yearly registration based upon a points system of being an active member in our club community. 8 points is the required amount to receive for registration payment by the club. The following activities will accumulate coaching points. Coaching Points: • Team Coaching (4 points) - year commitment • Solo Coaching (2 points) – six-month commitment • Pupils Skills Coaching (2 points per age group coaching) – 6-week commitment Professional Development: • Attendance at Pupil Skills Mock Exam (2 points) – half day or full day options • Attendance at any professional development relevant to coaching (2 points) Attendance: • Attendance at SDG stage practice (1 point) – 3 hours • Attendance at National Championship Competition viewing (1 point) Coaching Meeting: • Queensland Coaching Council Meeting Attendance (2 points) – yearly • Regular attendance at Allstars Coaching Meetings (2 points) - yearly Optional Committee: • Attendance at Allstars committee meetings (1 point)

Coaching Agreement *

A reminder that the new payment system has been implemented for coach’s term payments from 2023. This is outlined in the coaching contract that will be issued. By signing the coaching contract you are complying and agreeing with the payment rates including the decision to co-coach or assistant coach and the financial choices of this. To be a part of our Coaching Team at Allstars Calisthenics Academy Inc. the below criteria is required to be met 100% at all times. • Positive attitude at class and appropriate behaviour and respect each week to all participants. • Excellent class attendance and starting class on time. • Completion of appropriate coaching application CAQI forms and hold a current first aid certificate and valid Blue Card. • Allstars coaching attire • Ability to come to class prepared. • Open communication with Principal Coach and Allstars Club Committee • Appropriate language to participants and to all involved within the Allstars Family. • Appropriate use of social media and compliance with the Allstars Social Media Policy. I understand that there are consequences if I do not comply with the Allstars Code of Conduct at all times. Without the full commitment of the above I understand that the Allstars Calisthenics Academy Inc committee may review my coaching employment. Each Class Assistant/Cadet/Assistant Coach/Coach will be notified via e-mail confirmation of their 2025 appointment to teams.
